How fast can you snap your fingers? Well, it’s not that fast, but this soup is pretty fast to make. Within 5-minutes you could be seated before a bowl of steaming noodle soup, spiced-up (or down if you don’t like spicy!), with meat or without meat, garnished or ungarnished, with veg or without. You are only limited by your imagination! All you need: thin noodles (these are rice noodles), broth (this is chicken), a shot of chilli sauce (Nando’s), and some chives.
And don’t cut up the noodles. It’s unlucky. You’ll cut short your luck!
This sounds easy enough for me!! Thank you!
You’re welcome!
Aaah Misky, now you sound like my Chinese mother! Don’t cut the noodles! I love this dish!
I still can’t flip-over a whole fish on a platter for fear that I’ll capsize a fishing boat and drown all the fishermen!
Slurpingly lovely! I love quick lunches like this too
Oh yes, Joanna, the easier the better.
This looks like just the thing for a stormy day. Who can resist soup noodle?
It’s a lovely way to eat lunch on a cold day!
I love cooking soups and it is good to have information on a home made version of “fast” food.
So much better than a Pot of Noodle!
